The Lancs and Cumbria Branch have members in many companies in the Communications sector.  The Branch represents clerical and engineers workers in Telecommunication & Communication industries in the PR, FY, BB, BL, OL, CA and LA postcode areas. Whilst most of our members are from BT, we represent many others in Carphone Warehouse/TalkTalk, Homeserve, Virgin Media, Manpower, Royal Mail, Vodafone to name but a few.

There is a guide available for BT Members which gives information on agreements and guidance. It may also be of interest to those working outside of BT.
